It was my friend's birthday at the weekend and we had a lovely day out.
For lunch we had a delicious meal at Pizza Express.

I had a very tasty meal, it was the "Melanzane Parmigiana". I love this dish and would recommend it to anyone, it is also suitable for vegetarians and people on a gluten-free diet.
