This recipe is very simple, quick, easy and people enjoy it. So here we go ...
Ingredients:
- Puffy pastry (I used pre-rolled as I had little time)
- Tomato puree
- Cheese
- Pepper (or any other toppings you like)
1. Grease a tin that will fit your pastry
2. Lay your pastry onto your tray
3. Cover the pastry with a thin layer of tomato puree, leaving an inch border around the edge
4. Sprinkle some cheese on top, being careful not to get it on the border
5. Lay your topping on top, I used peppers
6. Sprinkle some more cheese on top so that it has as nice finish
7. Cook on gas mark 8, or what your packaging says
8. Cut into portions and your done !!!
