Recently I went on a small 5 day trip to Coniston, in the Lake District. As I child I used to travel there every Easter and New Year, for as long as I can remember. But I had not been there in 5 years...
When I arrived I was overcome with memories from when I was young and the walks I went on. I thought I was fitting to do some of the walks I remember, but what I had not thought of is that I was healthier, fitter and had more energy then, compared to now.
So here are some of the photos I took of the picturesque scenery in the Lake District:
Slater's Bridge |
This fallen tree was covered in coins that people had pushed into it so it ended up looking scally from a distance |

Tarn Hows |
Easedale Tarn |
Does anyone else think the stone looks a bit like a sheep? |
