I always find that getting up and eating a breakfast that tastes amazing as well as being healthy (rather than those tempting unhealthy cereals) is the best way to start a day. So ... I made this breakfast a few days ago. It is a very simple recipe as well as easy and tastes amazing, I have made this many times before and will continue to do so in the future.
Ingredients:
- Apple (I used Pink Lady)
- Yoghurt (I used Greek Yogurt)
- Granola
Equipment:
- Spoon
- Knife
- Bowl
1. Core your apple and chop it into chunks
2. Using the spoon scoop some of the yogurt onto the apple chunks in the bowl
3. Using the spoon scoop some of the granola onto the yoghurt
4. ENJOY !!!
