Sunny Afternoon

Hi !!!
The other week I went to London to see Sunny Afternoon- a musical about The Kinks. Before the show I had a walk through Covent Garden. The show itself was amazing and I really enjoyed it, also I really liked the 60's clothes and I was surprised how many of their songs I knew. Afterward I went shopping along Oxford Street.

I didn't take any photos in London, so I thought I would put a few of the photos I took in Cambridge a few days before.

Strawberry Hill House

Hi !!!
Last week I wanted a day out so I decided to go to Strawberry Hill House, near Twickenham. The house has recently been restored to its gothic inspired glory, but it doesn't have the paintings and furniture that were in it originally. The main focus is on the wall paper and how the house uses light, with the contrast between light and dark rooms.

 

The walls were very dark green and shiny and reflected the stain glass pattern onto both of the walls next to it

Anglesey | Sudbury Hall

Hi !!!
Before I started on my way home from Anglesey I had a small walk around Moelfre. I had planned to stop half way on the way home for lunch, but due to traffic I had to create a massive detour and I ended up stopping for lunch at Sudbury Hall.

Anglesey | Newborough Forest

Hi !!!
On the seventh day of my holiday in Anglesey I went to Newborough Forest. I walked through the forest and along the beach to the headland- Llanddwyn Island. It was very windy and I saw lots of windsurfers and kite surfers.

Anglesey | Puffin Island

Hi !!!
On the sixth day of my holiday in Anglesey I went to Beaumaris to get to boat from the pier around Puffin Island, on the trip I saw puffins and seals. Afterwards I went to Pen Mon and Pen Mon Lighthouse.

I saw two paintings outside in different places. They were of the view that they were in front of and the idea was for them to experience the elements of that place.
